WSJ.com - Secrets Claims In NSA Case May Stop Suits

Information relating to national security must absolutely remain privileged. Phone companies did not violate the law by cooperating in the NSA program and they do not do so by refusing to disclose classified information.

The phone companies have either denied participating in the NSA program or said they did nothing illegal, and they have noted that they can't discuss classified information. So far, no one in the U.S. government has offered any information publicly.

Many Companies Offer Attorney's Fees - Overcriminalized.com

According to the brief, 48 of the nation's 50 largest companies have policies, by-laws, or other agreements regarding the advancement of attorneys fees, and there is evidence to suggest many smaller businesses have the same. As these numbers indicate, the advancement of legal fees for employees is a policy that companies have determined to be extremely important for the efficient operation of business. As the brief argues, the attack on the policy is an attack on good business.
